On Sunday, March 15, 2015, of Clyde, NC, formerly of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Edith Harrah; father of Charles D. Harrah II and David M. Harrah. Also survived by two brothers, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 10 to 11 a.m, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
