On May 29, 2010, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved wife of the late William Le”Roy” Harper; mother of Sr. Joan Marie Harper, CDP, John George (Sandra) Harper, William L. (Patricia) Harper, David E. (Vivien) Harper, Rita Ann (Patrick) Corbett, Mary Catherine (Howard) Doak and Julia Elizabeth (Steve) Crabill; sister of Mary Catherine Lawson. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Historic Church, 9700 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, June 3 at 11 a.m. Interment private.
