Beloved husband of Jacqueline Harkins; father of Kathleen Fox, Ken Harkins and the late David Harkins; brother of William Harkins; grandfather of Kristine, Kelly, Matthew, Jesse and Sean; great-grandfather of Abigail, Alexander and Leah. Relatives and friends may call at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 11801 Claridge Road, Wheaton, MD, on Monday, July 31, from 10 to 11 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
