On Monday, May 17, 2010, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Dean Halsey; father of Carolyn Halsey and Daniel (Tammy) Halsey, Jr., Ronald (Ruth) Whetzel, Jr.; son of Ethel Halsey; brother of Charles Halsey and Lorene Presley. Also survived by several grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Relatives and friends may call at Sligo Baptist Church, 1610 Dennis Ave., Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, May 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. with Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Interment Private.
