THOMAS J. GRINNALDS

Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2013, in Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Vera Grinnalds; father of Robin A. Grinnalds and Carol G. (Todd A.) Peterson; grandfather of Dylan G. Fox, Alexis J. Peterson and Bailey A. Fox. He was born June 11, 1924 in Bloxom, VA. He participated in the Battle of the Bulge and was awarded the Bronze Star. Graduated Virginia Tech in 1950; worked for many years as an engineer for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, CT. Funeral services will be private.
