JAMES ARTHUR GREER, SR. (Age 87)

On Wednesday, October 10, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Mary Jo Greer; father of James A. Greer Jr. and Cynthia (Frank) Impala; grandfather of Stephanie Impala; brother of the late William “Buddy” Greer and Dorothy Brookbank. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Ave. & Cable Drive, Kensington, MD, on Tuesday, October 16, at 11 a.m. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
