Beloved husband of Patricia Beattie and the late Ruth Metz Greene; father of Peter, Alison and Laura Greene; step-father of Frank and Kathryn Klassen; grandfather of Nicholas, Ryan and Luke Greene and Emily Greene Spencer; step-grandfather of Justin and Logan Smith, Helena and Michelle Klassen; great-grandfather of Ellie Greene Dickey; brother of Joyce Wilson and Carolyn Christie. Memorial Service at Chapel at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 1 p.m. Interment private.
