MARY FRANCES GREANEY (Age 90)

On Thursday, December 22, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD also of Bethany Beach, DE.  Beloved wife of 65 years to John K. Greaney; loving mother of Patrick, Maureen Frumkin (Rob), Julie Hughes (Greg), Michael (Meg), John (Liz)  and Kevin Greaney (Betsy).  Sister of Kathy Wootten  (Morgan)  and Terry Shreve (Jack).  Also survived by 20 beloved grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Blessed Sacrament grade school and the Academy of Holy Cross high school.   Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, December 26, from 2 to 4 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, 5949 Western Ave. NW, Washington, DC, on Tuesday, December 27, at 11:00 AM.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ Child Society of Washington, 5101 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Suite 304, Washington, DC  20016.
