CLARENCE ELMO GOAD

On Friday, April 6, 2012, retired Navy Seabee, CPO, Clarence Goad, died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 86. He leaves behind a family that deeply loved him: devoted wife of 55 years, Genevieve Goad; daughters Kim Mohler (John Mohler) and Bonnie Goad (Dan Donohue); and four grandchildren, Kara and Kelsey Mohler and Emma and Collin Donohue. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 3 to 5 p.m.; where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 10, at 1 p.m. Inurnment St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Clarence’s honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association , P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
