EDWARD A. GARLOCK (Age 92)

On Sunday, July 11, 2010, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mary Louise Garlock; father of Carol O’Brien (William) and Louise Kraft (Richard); brother of the late Ann Smith; grandfather of William O’Brien (Melissa), Kelly Dagostino, Laura Harry (Christopher), and Allison Stevens (Rob). Also survived by eight great-grandchildren and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, July 13, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where service will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 10401 Armory Ave., Kensington, MD 20895 or to theAmerican Cancer Society , 11331 Amherst Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20902.
