Marilyn Joan Gantz (Age 85)

 Of Silver Spring, MD died Thursday, August 17, 2017.  She was born in Wichita, Kansas, graduated from Kansas University, where she obtained her RN license. She was the beloved wife of the late Delbert “Del” Gantz; loving mother of Dianne (Dave) Lauer, Denise Gantz and Janet (David) Wilson; grandmother of Ian and Brian Lauer,  Joseph Heath, III, and Nicole and Danielle Wilson; sister of the late Wanda Richards (Don), John (Susan) Bookless and Lawrence (Bonnie) Bookless.  A memorial service will be held at Riderwood Village Chapel, 3110 Gracefield Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20904 on September 5, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment (family only) will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, Memorial & Tribute Processing Ctr., 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA  23060.
