HELEN ALPER FRUMKIN

Of Silver Spring, MD passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in her independent living residence at Bedford Court.  Born February 17, 1925 in Baltimore, MD and raised in Washington, DC.  Wife of the late Albert Frumkin; mother of Eileen Frumkin, Robert Frumkin (Maureen) and Susan Goldenberg (Mark); grandmother of Michelle Louder (Casey), Kelly DeLong (Tim), Neal Frumkin (Stephanie), Drew Frumkin (Jeannette), Scott Frumkin (Heather), Rose Goldenberg and Matthew Goldenberg; great-grandmother of Jack Louder, Ryan Louder, Mya Louder, Abigail DeLong, William DeLong, Coralee Frumkin, Camelia Frumkin, Meyer Frumkin, Rileigh Frumkin, Sullivan Frumkin,  Elijah Goldenberg and Connor Frumkin. A graveside service and burial will take place at  Arlington National Cemetery at a future date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, www.crohnscolitisfoundation.org.
