On Saturday, August 20, 2011 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late B. Vernon Frank; loving daughter of the late John and Mary Vogt Abele; sister of the late Carolyn Yagel, Marjorie and Marion Abele; aunt of George C. Yagel, Jr. Mrs. Frank retired from the US Navy in 1969 with the rank of Lt. Commander. Relatives and friends may call at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 10 to 11 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor, NY on Thursday, August 25 at 10 a.m.
