On Thursday, August 2, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved father of Stephie Antoine, Charvelie Anthony and Fanola Francois; grandfather of Lorvina Nesida Francois and Samuel Antoine , Layla-Eve and Aliya-Esther Anthony;  son of the late Judge Rene Francois and the late Nesida Osam;  brother of Renold and Marie Renette Francois.  Also survived by son in laws Musaque Antoine and Rayon Anthony.
