On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, of Kensington, MD. Beloved husband of the late Therese Maguire Foy; father of Stephen, Brian, Monica and Justine Foy. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Avenue and Cable Drive, Kensington, MD, on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1 p.m. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Relief Services, 228 W. Lexington St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
