On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved brother of David Fox (Linda) , Mary Anne Frye (Howard), Kathy Catucci (Ernie); James Fox (Geri), Billy Fox (Bernice), and John Fox (Nancy); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Thomas was a graduate of Our Lady of Good Counsel and attended the University of Maryland. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as an M.P. stationed in Germany during the Vietnam era. For over three decades he worked in the communication division of Local 26 IBEW, and was owner of James Electrical Control, Inc. for the last 11 years, until he recently retired. Tommy was an avid golfer and sports handicapper, who will be missed by his many longtime friends.
