Passed away on December 25, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bernice Fones; sons, Edward Jr. and James; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Service will be held on Friday, December 30 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 917 Montrose Road, Rockville, MD 20852, directly followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Family visitation and celebration of his life will follow the funeral that day.
