On Tuesday, July 20, 2010, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Harold W. Fogle; mother of Linda (Bruce) Blair of Gaithersburg, MD and David (Kathleen) Fogle of Castro Valley, CA; grandmother of Captain Dave Blair, USAF, and Katy Blair; twin sister of Aletha Dingler of Portland, OR. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and at the Chapel at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Rd., Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, July 26, 10 to 11 a.m. with Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.
