On Thursday, February 20, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved son of John and Eileen Flood; brother of Daniel Flood, Andrew Flood, Brenda Ferzacca and the late David Flood. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD 20901, (Valet Parking), on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Graveside service and Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
