GLENNA G. FITZGERALD
On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD, age 82, died of a massive stroke. She leaves her loving husband of 58 years, Robert D. Fitzgerald. Dr. Fitzgerald was Supervisory Pharmacologist at the Food and Drug Administration prior to her retirement in 2001. Thereafter, she was a pharmacology and toxicology consultant. For many years, she also conducted an antiques business, specializing in creamware, jelly molds and kitchen utensils. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 15 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
