TIMOTHY AYERS FINAN
October 20, 1941 – August 25, 2019

Timothy Ayers Finan was born on October 20, 1941 to John and Margaret (Mickey) Finan in Narberth, Pennsylvania, a small suburb of Philadelphia. He was the oldest of the siblings, Patty, Betsy, and John.

He spent his formative years in Philadelphia, moving to Washington DC in the early 1960s. In his youth, while living in DC he voraciously pursued his studies while also traveling the world to gain as many experiences as he could. These travels brought him to Chile where he met his wife of almost 43 years, Georgina Finan. They married in 1976, had two children, Daniel and Cristina, and they lived happily in Silver Spring until his passing on Sunday August 25th, 2019.

Tim leaves behind his wife, three children, four beloved grandchildren and four great-grandchildren . He was 77 years old.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 31, 2019 at 1 pm at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West Silver Spring, MD 20901.
