On Friday, March 4, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Joan Rosinski Eccard; father of Edward E. Eccard, Elizabeth A (Tom) Berry, Joanne G. (Jay) Ramella and the late Kathleen J. Eccard; grandfather of Thomas M., Jr. and Shannon M. Berry and Nicholas J. Ramella. Also survived by his loving companion Betty Killeen. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
