Beloved son of Jack and Joan Doherty; brother of Brian, Mary, Kevin, Terry, Mark, David, Matthew, Julie, Steven, Patrick, Katie, Monica; brother-in-law of Julianne, Paul, Bonnie, Doreen, Amy, Cory, Stacie, Danny, and Jon; and all his beloved nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Mass to be celebrated at Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, Western Ave. at Quesada St., NW, Washington, DC, on Friday, January 6, at 11 a.m. Interment private.
