On Saturday, March 11, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved husband of Catherine Cokinos Devoney; father of Alexis L. (Gunther) Stern and Steven E. (Suanne Fedor) Devoney;  grandfather of  Julian and Mollie Stern and Eddie and Gregory Devoney.  Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, March 16 from 7 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 17 at 11 a.m.  Interment  Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
