On Saturday, July 4, 2015 of Daytona Beach, FL, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Herbert A. Devers; mother of Joanna Oswald, Terry Devers and Joyce Shorts. Also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Monday, July 13, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Colesville Cemetery.
