MARIANNE K. DEMPSEY (Age 92)

On Sunday, August 22, 2010, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved wife of the late William J. Dempsey; mother of Dru (Brad Ross), Delia (John Conroy), Padraic (Mary), Justin, Jonathan (Barbara), Rosie (Donald Davidson), Jennifer (Phil Chidlaw) and the late William, Jr. “Willie”(Karen) and Christina “Tina” Dempsey. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Hunter, Joshua, William III, Allison, Claire, Devin, Roxane, and Matilda, and a great grandson, Griffin. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Historic Church, 9700 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910 on Saturday, August 28 at 12 noon. Interment St. John”s Cemetery.
