On Saturday, April 3, 2010, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Barbara Davenport; father of Kevan Davenport, Keith Davenport, Kim Davenport, Kerry Davenport, Kirk Davenport, Kathryn Novak, Kent Davenport, Kristin DeLauney, Karen Robertson, and Kelley Davenport. Also survived by 22 grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Thursday, April 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Service and interment will be scheduled in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
