DOLORES ANN DARRAGH

Dolores Ann Darragh, age 86, of Rockville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Monday July 2, 2018, surrounded by loving family members. Dolores was the beloved wife of 63 years to the late Hugh McCarthy Darragh and mother of six children, sons Thomas Hugh Darragh (deceased 2015), David Bernard Darragh, Daniel Robert Darragh, Steven Anthony Darragh, Dennis Michael Darragh, and daughter Andrea Lynn Baker. Dolores is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. In addition to being a loving mother and wife, she loved to dote on all her “grand kids” regardless of age and was a great fan of the Washington, DC area sports teams. Dolores’ love for life and family was infectious to all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, July 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Monday, July 9, at 10:30 AM.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
