Suddenly, on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Dearly beloved husband of Barbara B. Cutts; devoted father of Caroline Louise Cutts and Sandra Lynn Cutts (Cory) Andrews; loving grandfather of Savannah Grace Andrews; brother of Lois Cutts and brother-in-law of Ellen P. Cutts. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral service and interment will be held on Tuesday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m. Service at Memorial Chapel on Fort Myer, 101 McNair Road, Fort Myer, VA. 22211. Guests should arrive one hour prior to the service time to allow for security checks at the Hatfield or Wright Gates to Fort Myer. Please bring photo ID. Service will be followed by interment with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Robert L. Cutts to the United States Naval Academy Foundation, 291 Wood Road, Annapolis, MD 21402 (Attn: Carolyn McCollum).
