On Friday, February 11, 2011, of Olney, MD. Beloved husband of the late Concetta M. Cowen; father of Sherry T. Cowen III (Frances), and Mary M. Iacono (Vince); grandfather of Jennifer Merzon, Sherry Cowen IV, Michael Cowen, Concetta Frank, Rebecca Buchholz, and Antonina Hobbs. Also survived by nine great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter’s Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Tuesday, February 15, at 11 a.m. Entombment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
