PATRICK STEPHEN COSTELLO (Age 62)
On Monday, March 14, 2011, of Frederick, MD. Loving father of Matthew J. Costello and Katherine B. Costello; son of Evelyn Broderick Costello and the late William Patrick Costello; brother of Kathy, Carol and Maureen. Also survived by several nieces and grandnephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD on Thursday, March 17, at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Frederick County, P.O. Box 1799, Frederick, MD 21702.
