On Friday, February 17, 2012 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Diane Felice Cloher; father of Laura Ann, Joseph Benjamin, and Chelsea Elizabeth Cloher; brother of JoLyn (Terry) Seifert and Maggie (Dennis) Swierad. Also survived by many loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, February 25 at 3 p.m. Interment private.
