On Monday, January 26, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved husband of Yungfen Chen; father of James (Mary) Chen, Louisa (How) Lin, and Charles (Kathleen) Chen.  Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.  Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Saturday, January 31, from 10 AM to 11 AM, where service will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery on February 2, at 2 PM, family to gather at the cemetery at Gate of Heaven office at 1:45 PM.
