Lin Chang (Age 74)

Of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Beloved husband of 42 years to Yong Chang; loving father of Cathy (David) and Tina (Daniel); devoted grandfather of Jeffrey, Matthew, Danny, Colin and Finn. Also survived by one brother and three sisters. Lin was born in South Korea and immigrated to the United States at the age of 35 to provide a better future for his family. He worked for 34 years until the age of 72 as a Master HVAC Mechanic for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 10 to 11 a.m., where a Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery to follow.
