Beloved wife of the late Walter Chakwin; mother of William Chakwin, Mary Rose Okerson, Michael Chakwin, and Elizabeth Ann Azarian; grandmother of William, Christopher and Timothy Chakwin, Wesley Okerson, Elizabeth Cordeiro, Emily and Jennifer Azarian; great grandmother of John Walter, Amelia, Whit, Jude and Kristen Chakwin, Charlotte and Caroline Cordeiro. Also survived by Josephine Bernard, Arnold Cortazzo and the late Ella Taylor and Vincent Cortazzo.
