On Saturday, January 1, 2011, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Mae Castens; father of Christopher C. Castens and Carolyn L. Kelley; grandfather of Kimberly Feeney, Colleen Kelley, Bryant Castens, and Victoria Castens. Also survived by five great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Saturday, January 8, from 1 to 4 p.m. Graveside service with Full Military Honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
