Wayne L. Carty (Age 80)

On Saturday, November 18, 2017, of Potomac, MD.  Beloved husband of Rita M. Carty; father of Gina C. (Richard) Vaughn; grandfather of Alexandra Vaughn; son of the late John and Elda Carty; brother of John L. Carty; son-in-law of Frances Cardillo; also survived by his brothers- and sisters-in-law David (Dolores) and Conrad (Charlotte), and many nieces and nephews.  Wayne was a US Airforce veteran and longtime employee of the Bechtel Corporation.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Church, 917 Montrose Rd, Rockville, MD 20852 on Wednesday, November 29, at 10 am.  Private Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington VA at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area, 7700 Leesburg Pike Suite 208,Falls Church, VA  22043.
