On Friday, March 4, 2011 of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved mother of Douglas Cartwright; daughter of the late Francesca and Gen. Vincente Tosta, President of Honduras 1924-1927. Also survived by her brother Vincente and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass at Christ the King Church, 2301 Colston Drive, Silver Spring, MD on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment private.
