On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Santos; mother of Richard K. Carter, T. Michelle Ford, and Shella N. Carter; grandmother of Charlie Carter and Jake Ford; sister of Joseph V. Gough III, Pamela A. Clark, Loraine A. Gough and the late Kathleen Owens. Also survived by several beloved nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. Memorial Service will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901 on Friday, April 7, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice Casey House, Potomac Valley Nursing & Wellness Center, or the Alzheimer’s Association , National Capital Area Chapter.
