JUSTIN MICHAEL CARTER (Age 39)

On Monday, February 13, 2012 of Washington, DC. Beloved son of Sharon and Jim Carter of North Andover, MA; brother of Brent Carter; brother-in-law of Pea Carter and uncle of Kai and Rei Carter, all of Silver Spring, MD; nephew of Bob and Jane Carter of Cary, NC. Celebration to honor Justin’s life to be held at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, where he worked, on Saturday, February 18 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Justin’s memory may be made to the National Rehabilitation Hospital, 102 Irving St. N.W., Washington, DC 20010.
