Beloved wife of the late John Hugh Carroll; mother of Celina (Mark) Wood, Patrick Carroll, Hugh (Cathy) Carroll, Peggy (late Gerard) McCann, James (Vickie) Carroll and Bridget (Tony) Launi. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at St. Patrick’s Church, Norbeck and Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Thursday, October 5, 2017, from 10 a.m., until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
