On Thursday, January 26, 2012 of Ashland, KY, formerly of College Park, MD. Beloved wife of the late Jess M. Carpenter; mother of Sue Anne (Gary) Barker; grandmother of Julie Pape , Andrew Barker and Kevin Barker; great-grandmother of Caroline Carter, Emily and Maggie Pape and Eleanor Barker; sister-in-law of Wilhelmina Gross. Graveside service and interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery on Tuesday, January 31 at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
