Beloved husband of Charmon Cargill; father of Michael (Sandra) Cargill, Moira LaVeck, Maureen (Thomas) Moritz, and Anne (David) Cargill; grandfather of Megan LaVeck, Matthew LaVeck, Caitlin Moritz, Kelly Moritz, and Fiona Bonnett. Graveside Service will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, February 27, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
