Dorothy Thompson Cannady (Age 90)

Gained her wings on Thursday, February 21, 2019, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved mother of David and Gary Cannady. Preceded in death by her mother Emma Price Thompson, father David Willard Thompson, sister Anna Mae Thompson Brown. She is survived by her sons David and Gary, her brothers Don Thompson (Linda Hagains), Jeff Thompson (Mary Spath), David Leroy Thompson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, February 26, 2019, from 7 to 9 p.m, and a second visitation at Ramsey Funeral Home, 315 Richmond Street, Lancaster, Kentucky on Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by interment at Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster, Kentucky.
