Born August 4, 1955 in Washington, DC to Harold and Ursula Burwell (deceased) and died December 4, 2014 at his residence in Wildwood, MO, following a short battle with cancer. Survived by beloved wife, Dawn; daughter, Victoria; sister, Carol Ann Burwell Jackson (Ralph); brother, Harold T. Burwell; brother-in-law, Dwayne Turner; sisters-in-law, Donna and Dale Turner; countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.

Graveside Service on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20906. The family will host a repass from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Signature Club at Regent Park, 9801 Hillandale Way, Bowie, MD 20721. For gate entry enter code 121 and state Burwell group.
