On Tuesday, April 28, 2015, of Gaithersburg, MD. Beloved wife of the late LaVerne Brugger; mother of Judith Gregory (Allan), Peter Brugger and Kristin Brugger (Harry Tiebout); grandmother of James Gregory and William Gregory. A Memorial Service will be held at Asbury Methodist Village Parkview Chapel, 211 Russell Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD, on Saturday, May 16, at 2 p.m. Interment private.
