On Monday, November 23, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Shirley James Brown; mother of Shirlene Gill and Dewitt Brown; grandmother of Stephanie Gill, Cynthia and Jason Brown. Also survived by a sister, Emma Elliott and other loving family and friends.
