Brower; mother of Kenneth Brower, Stephen Brower, Carol Anne James and Mary Ellen Stamm; grandmother of Savannah, Katherine, Kevin, Christopher, Rebecca, Matthew and Andrew; great-grandmother of Ryder and Mason; sister of Mary Frances Keiser Bradley. Relatives and friends may call at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road (at Highland Dr.), Silver Spring, MD, Saturday, January 31, from 10 to 11 a.m. where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
