On Thursday, July 23, 2009 of Wheaton, MD. Beloved wife of Victor J. Brooks, Jr.; mother of Carol (Ruben) Montalvo and Victor J. (Dawn) Brooks, III; grandmother of Christie Montalvo; sister of Helen Wright, John Fox, Kit Fox, Patricia Perrigo and the late Shirley Palmieri and Robert Fox. Also survived by many loving family and friends.
