Beloved husband of the late Anne Theresa Briggs; father of William (Jane) Briggs, Theresa (Robert) Hornung and Robert (Steve) Briggs; grandfather of Tess and Shane Briggs; and brother Harry (Margaret) Briggs, Jr. Relatives and friends may call at Church of the Resurrection at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, Tuesday, December 13, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; where the Mass of Christian Burial will be follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
